Job Responsibilities: a-Effectively and efficiently deliver analytics and support to reward department as required through analysing high volume of data from various sources and use it to build conclusions and support driving decisions b-Prepare and tailor the data to cater internal requirements for compensation & benefits processes such as the annual salary review, salary structure refresh, benefits administration, and other group initiatives c-Maintain and update salary structure ranges and pay ranges through reward database for all countries, business units and contracts. d-Participate in surveys and/or spot polls through providing inputs, collecting and preparing pay data to support the reward department in salary planning process and any salary benchmark activity. Job Requirements: a-Degree and professional qualification in relevant field preferable with Minimum of 3 – 4 years of HR experience in Reward (Compensation & Benefits). b-Ability to deal with sensitive information in a discrete manner and with integrity c-Expert proficiency with MS Excel with a focus on formulas, macros, design for analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
