Job Description At Easygenerator, we're scaling up our revenue team to meet ambitious company goals. Our commitment to maximizing team potential is unwavering, hence our dedication to comprehensive training and coaching. We're seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to elevate our performance to new heights. You'll collaborate with various department managers (business development, sales, customer success, and marketing) to ensure peak team performance. Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify challenges, devise solutions, and fulfil their needs.
- Creating training and coaching materials, including role plays and courses, and working with marketing to develop sales assets.
- Managing and enhancing our new rep onboarding program from inception to execution.
- Partnering with our Revenue Operations team to plan and implement enablement activities that boost sales velocity and win rates.
- Utilizing tools like Salesforce, Easygenerator, and Power BI to gather insights, identifying training needs or resources to enhance rep effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 6 months to 1-year relevant experience in a similar role or a background in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a strong execution mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and openness to innovative ideas.
