Data Warehouse Application Production support

Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration. Exposure to banking domain would be an added advantage.
Very good knowledge of reporting tools viz. Cognos, MSBI/ Power BI and Qlikview.
Knowledge on relational and nonrelation Databases (Sybase IQ, Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo DB, Hive).
Experience in debugging any report and dashboard related issues.
