- Participate in the design and lead the implementation of Financial Control Shared Services roadmap to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of core accounting and finance processes and activities.
- Effectively communicate Financial Control Shared Services strategy and roadmap and future operating model across the organization
- Build, manage, develop, and inspire a team of direct and indirect reports in the achievement of business and functional objectives.
- Create and implement a customer service culture, including establishing and reporting on key performance metrics that measure and monitor the effectiveness and service levels of the Financial Control Shared Services organization.
- Develop, implement and maintain system of effective internal controls within the Financial Shared Services organization and work closely to ensure internal controls over financial reporting are compliant to international standards and best practices.
- Develop and grow strong cross-functional relationships to ensure the achievement of Financial Control Shared Services and business objectives through collaboration, information sharing, and communication.
- Determine, agree and improve contractual requirements, including Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with Financial Control Shared Services customers in order to meet service specifications and deliver against business objectives.
- Lead month-end close for the Financial Control Shared Services organization
- Recruit, motivate and develop talent in the organization with the focus of building a strong performing team that includes global process owners and local process managers.
- Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objective
