Sales Specialist (Educational & Upskilling)

Note that this is a 1 year contract role, potentially able to renew for another year depending on performance. We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in the sale of educational and upskilling courses. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Singapore market and government grants, particularly the SkillsFuture Career Conversion Programme. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for educational courses, targeting mid-career professionals.
• Build relationships with corporate L&D teams to help them with their upskilling and reskilling of employees.
• Guide clients through grant application processes
• Stay updated on market trends and government initiatives to continually adapt sales approaches.

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in education sectors.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's SkillsFuture and other related government grants.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate and advise on government grant processes.
