As part of the overseas department team, you play an essential part in assisting the overseas operation team to manage the return merchandise authorisation (RMA) & return to vendor (RTV) and fulfilment process for the Australia & Malaysia market. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a strong self-starter with critical thinking to achieve after sales success This candidate will help us drive up RMA operations excellency by going far and beyond, delivering the best possible value and service to our customers. Responsibilities of a RMA Associate but are not limited to:

  • Support the customer service & operation teams on daily RMA/RTV and fulfilment process
  • Handle daily RMA routine operation and resolve all RMA issues
  • Manage spare part inventory tracking from inbound to outbound
  • Liaise with 3PL vendor on defective return from customer (Quality Checks)
  • Liaise with repair vendor on all services related to RMA such as cannabalisation, refurbishing, repairs and onsite support
  • Monitor, update and maintain the RMA operation database
    • Creation of new RMA records
    • Serial number tracking
    • Cannabalisation & Refurbishment records
    • Quality Check records
  • Constantly review process improvement
  • Manage spare part inventory tracking for inbound & outbound
  • Inventory reconciliation of product spare parts
  • Spare parts threshold monitoring and trigger replenishment
  • Issue and filing of DOs for movement of spare parts between PRISM+ and appointed vendors
  • Assist in any additional ad-hoc duties
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (After-sales Service)
  • Knowledge in RMA and RTV process is a must
  • Competent in basic computer skills and applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Attentive to details
  • Ability to pick up new skills promptly and proactively
  • Strong understanding of business needs with a customer-first mindset
