SAP Specialist

Our client is a multinational company in the agribusiness sector, present in more than 100 countries, and one of the leading global producers of fertilizers. We are hiring specialists for different modules, such as SD, TM, PP, FI and CO. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the business areas in the construction of requirements and technical specifications
• System architecture design: development, together with the Architects, of a functional architecture for a solution within its SAP module, as well as in the context of cross-functional interaction with other SAP modules and external integration systems (SAP and non-SAP)
• Development of project documentation: solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, instructions for users, test scenarios and other documentation
• System settings: performing all necessary settings according to the specific solution architecture, identifying inconsistencies and finalizing
• Implementation Monitoring: planning of works inside the implementation team. Monitor the development team (internal or supplier). Support key users in designing test cases. Ensure the documentation of projects related to the area. Conduct the execution of internal IT tests and monitoring of approval with users
• Analysis and Problem Solving: support and technical support to other consultants in problem solving. Investigate and resolve issues that may arise in the SAP system, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Regulatory Updates: keep up to date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure that the SAP system complies with current legal requirements
• Training and Support: provide training and support to SAP system users, ensuring they are aware of correct procedures and best practices
• Collaboration with other teams: work closely with the teams involved (business process owners, key users, as well as external project teams), ensure seamless and accurate integration between systems and processes
• Process Optimization: identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes in the SAP system, aiming to increase efficiency and minimize errors

• Complete higher education
• English at Advanced or higher levels is mandatory
• Specific knowledge of your SAP module:
• Experience in SAP module with full cycle implementation experience
• Good knowledge SAP module configuration
• Experience in setting up and maintaining the settings of your SAP module from creating settings to performing closing steps (closing the period) / final calculations
• Cross-modules integration knowledge
• Experience in customizing developments: function document preparation, testing and interactions with developers
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Good in client facing interactions, conducting client workshop. Ability to present and defend your decisions
• Ability to work in multicultural and global teams
