- Consultative Sales: Understand and assess customer cybersecurity needs and vulnerabilities. Recommend suitable IT solutions and services to address those needs. Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Clearly articulate the value proposition of IT solutions and services.
- Product Knowledge:
- Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and quotes based on customer requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
