Description JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administration & Logistics Lead to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As the Administration & Logistics Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Civil Engineering projects by overseeing all administrative and logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks including recordkeeping, supplies inventory, and office organization. Oversee logistics operations, including transportation coordination, inventory management, and warehousing. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Develop and implement administrative and logistics policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain accurate documentation and records for administrative and logistics activities. Manage and lead a team of administrative and logistics staff. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company guidelines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration and logistics roles, preferably in the construction industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
