To identify the customer's needs for preparing a comprehensive proposalTo coordinate with Design Department for pre design against customer's needsTo prepare the BOQ against the customer's needsTo coordinate with Procurement department for obtaining updated pricing information against the BOQ of inquiries and trendsTo work out the cost against the identified needs of customers & to prepare necessary documentation for quotationsTo co-ordinate with customer through Business Development department regarding due clarifications, requirements and other enquiry related mattersTo coordinate with other departments of the company as and when required for product support and after sales inquiriesTo laise with suppliers and contractors for getting the information and rates of engineering equipments etc.
