- Graduate of any related field
- Responsible in Managing the Department and Service operations, ability to implement quality standards, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with other teams to enhance the service.
- Will handle Service Technicians (HVAC) in equipment repair, project installation, maintenance and etc. to ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Will handle the recruitment for HVAC technicians to check the service demands and qualifications of the customer
