• Provide timely and accurate responses to all client queries and requests through calls 
• Resolve customer concerns in an efficient manner
• Research required information using available resources
• Ensure that relevant details needed to address concerns are recorded.
• Other duties related to the position as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years old and above
• At least High school or SHS graduate
• Above average to Good English communication skills
• No relevant experience required.
• Must have good customer orientation and interpersonal skills
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm (85% accuracy)
• Willing to be assigned in Makati and work on shifting schedule
