The Role As a Digital Product Lead (Chatbot/InApp Chat) , you will oversee the product development and is responsible for creating new products and ensuring that those products are a match for the target audience and are aligned with the overall with the bank’s strategy. How you'll contribute

  • Works closely with multiple departments throughout the bank including business, marketing, and IT
  • Builds and support customer centric approach for product portfolio and makes strategic decisions with the customer needs in mind
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2 - 5 years relevant work experience handling digital products related to online payment, online banking, and alike.
  • Must have a Bachelor's or College degree.
  • Strong UX design knowledge
  • Able to make go-to-market plans, develop action plans, and implements client engagement strategies.
  • Able to prepare and recommend pricing models and policies to be competitive in the market and drive customer take-up/engagement.
  • Able to conduct financial analysis and build a business case.
  • Has an understanding of banking and related industry domains, including consumer trends, technological disruptions, and competitive factors that affect products evolving in its space.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality. work and projecting a positive attitude.
