- Bachelor's degree in a Commercial, Business, or HR-related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record in creating, leading, or standardizing best-practice Talent Acquisition processes.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-performing team environments.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
- Exceptional communication skills to build lasting relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
- Exceptional attention to detail, combined with effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
- Experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency.
- 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Day Shift) & 9:00 pm - 6:00 am PHT (Night Shift)
- Mondays to Fridays
- Onsite - Clark, Manila or Cebu
