• Bachelor's degree in a Commercial, Business, or HR-related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven track record in creating, leading, or standardizing best-practice Talent Acquisition processes.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-performing team environments.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
• Exceptional communication skills to build lasting relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
• Exceptional attention to detail, combined with effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
• Experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency.

What you need to know…. As you will lead a Global team, you will need to alternate dayshift/night shift work arrangements that suit your lifestyle, but also fits in with your availability to support your North America and Australia-New Zealand shift team.

• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Day Shift) & 9:00 pm - 6:00 am PHT (Night Shift)
• Mondays to Fridays
• Onsite - Clark, Manila or Cebu
