Accounts Technician - Dublin 12

Accounts Technician – Dublin 12 Our clients, a multi-national manufacturing firm, are looking for an Accounting Technician to join their Finance Team, based in Dublin 12. This role will be office based for training / probation, and may offer some hybrid after that. This role reports to the FC. The Role:

• Involvement in debtor management and credit control and assisting in the accounts payable and purchasing function.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial controls in line with Group Policies
• Supporting the month end closing process including preparation of key analysis, reconciliations, and reports
• Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
• Audit Support
• Provide support to management team on projects (capital & facility related) and

• Assisting with VAT returns, customs, project management, working capital

• Accounting Technician qualification or relevant experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Organised.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong MS Office / Excel skills.
• Works well as part of a team.
