To support our daring strategic growth initiatives, our Technology and Digital Consulting team is searching for a leader with experience in selling and delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions. A leader who is excited to build and be part of a new team, where we create new offerings which excite our Clients and our People and deliver real business value. With a background in solving business problems through technology solutions, process improvement and client engagement. Purpose-led work you’ll be part of As a Director, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your technology experience and client management skills, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include: Role & responsibilities

• Building a team of Microsoft Dynamics specialists
• Working with our ‘Go to Market’ teams on identifying business led, technology enabled customer propositions.
• Leading, preparing and presenting compelling proposals for new client work
• Leading projects to deliver results for clients within agreed deadlines and budgets
• Experience in leading teams of resources on multiple assignments running simultaneously
• Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve project and career objectives
• Ability to work with senior executives and leadership teams - continually managing your clients and their expectations

Experiences and skills

• 10+ years relevant technology consulting experience – from a professional service, advisory or internal consulting environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft’s Business Applications products.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle in delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• A people leader with experience developing technology delivery teams
• Programme and project management experience
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with different audiences
• Experience working with offshore delivery models and advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area.
