Job Description
Description Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service delivery and support. Handle and resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports as needed. Requirements Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* must be having experience in the Manpower department OR Aramco manpower hiring or SMP department experience in Saudi Arabia.Job Requirements
