Responsibilities: • Training Program Development: • Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for new and existing staff, covering topics such as food safety, hygiene, customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures. • Adapt and update training programs to reflect evolving regulations, operational changes, and best practices. • Maintain and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos. • Training Delivery: • Conduct various training sessions, including classroom lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on workshops. • Utilize diverse training methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure understanding. • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms. • Performance Coaching and Development: • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to individual staff members to help them improve performance and advance their careers. • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. • Implement individual development plans tailored to each staff member s needs and goals. • Compliance and Standards: • Ensure all training programs comply with relevant food safety regulations and hygiene standards. • Conduct internal audits and assessments to maintain high-quality standards across all training activities. • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in training and development. Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training and development role within the food service or hospitality industry. • Jollibee experience preferred (not mandatory). • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities with a genuine passion for developing others. • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and best practices. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training programs. • Excellent organizational and documentation skills. • Proficiency in written and spoken English. • Preferred nationality: Filipino Male/Female
