- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and industry insights to make informed marketing and sales decisions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content)
- Identify and generate leads through various methods, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound marketing.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Work with leads and prospects to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI
- Be confident enough to handle campaigns, seminars and workshops.
- Must be capable of retaining new prospects.
- Must possess persuasive abilities to draw in more clients.
- Must be an expert in customer retention and acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, analytics, email marketing, SEO tools).
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to drive results.
