Responsibilities • Develop specifications and requirements for satellite imaging systems • Manage the technical activities for procurement of imaging payloads from local or international vendors and design houses • Perform key high level electro-optical design activities to select the best solution for the satellite mission • Perform planning and preparation activities for functional, performance and environmental testing of imaging payloads • Perform the activities for commissioning of imaging subsystems after launch • Contribute to the technology and product roadmaps development efforts in terms of imaging systems • Support the management on project planning, proposal preparation, product roadmap definition, infrastructure setup and carry out the other tasks set by the management Requirements • Bachelor’s degree from the Electrical/Electronic Engineering departments • Minimum 4+ years experiences in designing, building and testing Electro-Optical devices • Knowledge and experience in image sensors (CMOS and CCD) and lens technologies • Knowledge and experience in optical design and analysis tools, software • Knowledge and experience in optical and opto-mechanical design • Knowledge and experience in satellite integration and test of small-satellite electro-optical payloads • Knowledge and experience in Systems Engineering processes and methodologies • Knowledge and experience in programming languages and image processing is a desired requirement • Knowledge and experience in satellite systems, satellite payloads and related standards • Very good English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking • Initiative and proactive to find the best and fastest way to get the right decision Benefits
