Join us and be part of shaping the future of construction. Job Summary Seeking a Lean Consultant/Last Planner for a large-scale engineering and construction project in the pharmaceutical sector. Responsible for implementing lean principles and Last Planner System to enhance project efficiency and collaboration. We are currently looking for candidates based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary . Responsibilities Implement lean principles and the Last Planner System, reduce waste, conduct process improvement initiatives, provide guidance and training, analyze project data, and facilitate effective communication for improved project efficiency and collaboration in the pharmaceutical sector project.

  • Implement lean principles and Last Planner System or Takt planning for optimised workflows and efficiency
  • Identify and reduce waste through value stream mapping and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance and training on lean principles to foster a culture of improvement and collaboration
  • Analyse project data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and track lean metrics and performance indicators
Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in lean principles and construction project management, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. They have experience implementing lean methodologies, driving process improvements, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. They are results-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in achieving project efficiency goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degrees or Lean Construction/Project Management certifications preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of lean construction project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
  • In-depth knowledge of lean construction principles and industry-specific standards
  • Strong analytical skills to identify waste and improve efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying lean concepts and building relationships
  • Committed to ongoing learning and staying updated on lean practices and industry trends
  • Must have EU/UK citizenship or hold a valid stamp 4 working visa
