Position: Healthcare Financing Activation Senior Manager We seek a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Financing Activation Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for activating and overseeing the process of building our insurance company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with our business objectives and guarantee the effective delivery of healthcare financing services. 2. Infrastructure Development: Build data interfaces, feeds, and analytic support to enhance citizen engagement and promote wellbeing. 3. Policy Formulation: Draft user and employer terms and conditions, and ensure their delivery through appropriate channels to citizens. 4. Customer Interaction: Optimize end-user experience and engagement in the health system, routinely measuring and enhancing these aspects. 5. Quality Assurance: Establish and sustain quality control procedures and assurance programs to maintain high service standards in integrated finance delivery, customer service, and provider delivery. 6. Process Optimization: Continuously refine operational processes to increase efficiency, minimize costs, and better service delivery. Collaborate with HWB colleagues to develop and implement a citizen health financing system. 7. Pricing and Coordination: Work closely with the NEOM HW team to price essential health benefits and efficiently manage operational processes to finance healthcare. 8. IT Management: Collaborate on instituting and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports operational requirements, data security, and regulatory compliance. 9. Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of operational excellence committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and the incorporation of best practices. 10. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks in health financing. 11. Departmental Collaboration: Work comprehensively with other teams in the department, providing clear goals, guidance, and support. 12. Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendor and partner relationships, ensuring all service level agreements and quality standards are fulfilled. 13. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operational activities meet relevant healthcare and insurance regulations, data privacy laws, and accreditation requirements. 14. Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, optimizing cost control and budget management. 15. Team Coordination: Contribute as an influential member of the HWB senior team to promote innovation, sustainability, and a positive work culture. Qualifications & Required Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a Health-related field. A master's degree will be highly regarded. 2. Minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare finance, insurance, or a related field. 3. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution. 4. Solid track record in process optimization and change management. 5. Deep understanding of healthcare and insurance regulations, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. 7. Exceptional decision-making skills, with the ability to understand and balance complex requirements. 8. Strong understanding of IT requirements in a financing setting, particularly with security and data management. 9. Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. 10. High resilience towards meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
