Field Service Engineer This is an exciting opportunity for a talented  Field Service Engineer to help customers deploy our Hibernium platform batteries across various industries and markets. In this role you’ll get to:

  • Support customers and applications across various industries (Construction, Mining, Agriculture, Marine, Aviation and other NRMM) and markets globally
  • Manage and resolve customer support cases and tickets
  • Prepare technical solutions for customers
  • Coordinate case resolution with internal experts and engineers across mechanical design, hardware, and software teams
  • Run trials and MVPs with customers in collaboration with Product Managers globally
  • Assist Account Managers with technical expertise during aftersales support
  • Write technical literature including product documentation (e.g., manuals, guides), and solutions for customers
  • Be the recognized expert in the business on the product across Hardware and Software
  • Promote the product to our sales teams through sales training sessions, whitepapers, technical literature, and other mechanisms
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate innovative ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Represent the company during customer visits
  • There will be 30-60% travel with this role
To excel you will need:
  • Educated to minimum degree level with an electrical and electronic engineering focus
  • Highly ambitious technology enthusiast looking to grow significantly in the role
  • Proficient at troubleshooting across Hardware and Software stacks
  • Passion for a fast-paced, high growth and high-tech environment
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in EV or battery related markets)
  • 2+ years of experience supporting customers and products (preferably in EV or battery related markets)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to relentlessly prioritize
  • Proven technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused and achievable solutions
  • Ability to travel globally
