Our Client is a highly regarded Law Firm in Cork and currently have a vacancy for a Legal Executive to join their Conveyancing & Probate Team. This is a full time Permanent position offering excellent salary, benefits and hybrid working. Call Orla on 01 8456312 for details The Role:
• Managing a portfolio of files and assisting the head of the firm’s private client department.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and PRA etc.
• Drafting sale contracts, replies to requisitions, dealing with pre-contract queries, drafting closing documents, completing sales, purchases and mortgages.
• Processing files to completion, stamping deeds with revenue commissioners, registering title with Tailte Eireann.
• Drafting wills, EPA’s, Advance Healthcare Directives.
• Acting in the administration of estates from start to completion, including drafting statement of affairs, oaths, notice’s of application, preparation of estate accounts in MS Excel.
• Progress reports to files, managing files.
Role requirements:
• Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Excel.
• Organised, professional and flexible.
• Self-motivated and able work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit.
• Familiarity with case management systems.
