Job Description One of the biggest business process outsourcing companies is in need of a Global Lead - Client Services and Sales for a Social Media Account to be seconded in Lisbon, Portugal. The successful candidate will handle operations and client services which includes organizational, accounts, project, team and finance management, HR and administration, plus marketing and sales strategies as well as customer service satisfaction. Managing multisite and multi-geo operations may also be required of the job. The Global Lead - Client Services and Sales for a Social Media Account will provide strategy, direction, and vision for each line of business, bringing together the strategies of sites across our global footprint.
