Job Description Our Client is a world leading Architecture and Planning design consultant with over 15 offices across the globe, housing over 500 design professional The Responsibilities: Landscape design from pre-concept to preparation of tender documents and construction drawings; Site analysis; Space planning; Design development; Hand drawing & sketch design; Construction design detailing Material selection & recommendation; Site supervision activities; Client presentation and communication; Liaising with authorities for project review and approvals Coordination of project deliverables with design team (engineering, environment, architecture, transport as appropriate); Cost planning; Site supervision; Feasibility studies; Preparation of client proposals
