- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on delivering quality results.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical project management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges during project execution.
- Familiarity with agile and other project management frameworks.
