For More Top Organization Jobs: The Logistics Coordinator main responsibilities are to support the entire supply planning and logistics function: Fleet, warehouse, delivery, demand planning.A Logistics Coordinator requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. The candidate must have a great record-keeping ability and a customer-oriented approach as well as a well-diversified knowledge of supply management principles and practices. Job Responsibilities:- Monitor and Report Supply Chain operations, performance and expenses
- Track and coordinate export shipment documents and product arrival
- Communicate and coordinate with Government entities and websites for final product releases
- Prepare accurate reports & presentations for Management
- Keep logs and records of Supply Chain invoice submissions and monthly expenses
- Carry out internal Vendor Contract processes as per policy procedures (Quotations, TPDD etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented, well organized with the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of SAP software
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills
