We are looking for someone to join our small team as a web developer. Responsibilities will include both front and back end work, including database management. There are two senior developers on the team to help mentor.
Our tech stack: Linux VMs running in AWS Docker swarm PHP Laravel Angular MySQL (Amazon RDS) Required skillset HTML/CSS: advanced+ PHP: advanced+ Laravel: intermediate+ MySQL: intermediate+ Optional skillset Angular: beginner+ Linux: beginner+ About company: Ratespecial is an online marketing company specializing the in the financial sector. We range between 25-50 people with a tech team of 4 people. With a team of this size, we are able to move quickly and enjoy the latest technologies (not stuck on 10+ year old language versions). We utilize Bitbucket for CI/CD and AWS EC2 instances for production to keep things automated. You can understand as much or as little of this process as you want; we are more than happy to grow your skillset as you bring your valuable talents to our team. We work remotely, but the vast majority of us are in PST time zone. We utilize Slack, Atlassian software, and Google Workspace for our chat and collaboration.
