Job Description
WORK FROM HOME (REMOTLEY) Full-time, Permanent (Working hours are Mon to Fri 2 pm to 10 pm) As an eCommerce Account Manager at AIB Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online business forward. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize our online sales channels including Ebay, Amazon, Shopify and Marketplace and enhance customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for eCommerce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:- Manage key eCommerce accounts including Ebay, Amazon, Shopify and Marketplace, ensuring optimal product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings, visuals, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
Job Specification
- Candidate must have at least 2 year’s hands on experience of EBAY, Amazon and Marketplace etc.
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Stays focused and maintains quality when handling multiple tasks at the same time, knowing when to consult others with critical viewpoints or experience to help make key decisions.
- Adaptability/Flexibility – Works constructively under pressure, responds resourcefully to change and maintains a confident and constructive outlook.
- An individual who is an energizer and an excellent team player.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptability to fast-changing eCommerce landscapes and market trends.
