Your Role and Responsibilities You will apply software engineering principles to operations in order to develop and support highly scalable, reliable and resilient systems. Your primary focus will be end to end development of high quality and high performance Security products. You will also collaborate with global development teams, supporting them with operational insights. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in development of distributed, high performance, high-availability, message-based Java applications and multiple years experience programming in Java.
- Experience developing software for cloud and/or hybrid cloud
- Experience with Hibernate ORM
- Experience with databases (Postgres, Couch)
- Experience working with CI/CD practices and toolsets e.g. Jenkins, Travis, and git.
- Experience with Python highly preferred
- Experience with developing containerized and cloud-native software running on Kubernetes (ideally OpenShift) and utilizing 12-factor design principles highly preferred
- Experience using static analysis tools to assess and drive quality in code as well as test driven development.
