  • Management of Baguio Hub in North Luzon
  • Providing daily support to drivers during in-person visit, virtual onboarding and ensuring a seamless onboarding driver experience in the Driver Center/ Hub
  • Developing and refining systems, procedures, and strategies to enhance the performance of new drivers on our platform.
  • Launching offsite programs to expedite the verification and activation of new drivers, fostering rapid conversion.
  • Monitoring and overseeing the onboarding progress of new drivers, including training effectiveness, instructional materials, and supply management.
What You'll Need:
  • 2-3 years of customer service / operations experience as you will be made the OIC for the hub.
  • Experience working in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is highly desireable.
  • Must be flexible to do offsite activities in provincial areas in North Luzon
  • Must be willing to work in Baguio City and flexible to visit Pampanga office
