Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Filing of hiring requests as appropriate to complete specific demands within the agreed timeline from PRF submission.
- Weekly upload and monitoring of resources for the Sales Team’s reference and perform the weekly audit to remove inactive and deployed resources.
- Create and maintain reports to be shared with the team and stakeholders for ending assignments, ending projects, internal resource monitoring, etc.
- Regular update of resource calendar to reflect correct assignment details - start and end date, joining date, availability date, employee status, etc.
- Collaborate with business partners in driving organizational goals and objectives.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the RMG head, or Director of Operations.
- Ensures that all new hires will be endorsed to projects after orientation/onboarding.
- Assist in data cleanup and migration activities to appropriate internal tools/systems.
- Provide administrative guidance to OnE resources, ManCom on RMG-related matters.
- Monitoring compliance on project onboarding and bench activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Resource Coordinator role.
- Background experience in Resources Management preferably in an IT Solutions company as well as with HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Willing to work in BGC
- Preferably someone who can work ASAP but not a requirement
