Upwyde launched as a polished model with 40 years experience of with six major tycoons in the real estate industry to provide exclusively branded projects to highlight a completely different experience in commercial, administrative, and residential projects for investors and buyers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a deep understanding of organizational development strategies, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the real estate industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, to support talent acquisition efforts.
Organizational Development:
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and address organizational needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career progression.
  • Conduct regular assessments of organizational culture and employee satisfaction, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement:
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute employee recognition programs.
  • Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation and improvement of performance management processes.
  • Guide managers on performance-related matters, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and implementing talent development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
