Job Description

  • Create, implement and develop partnership sales strategy that ensures business growth in numbers of clients and loan portfolio volumes.
  • Identify, select and develop new partnership agreements and proactively seek for new business opportunities to achieve business targets.
  • Maintain existing account relationships with key partners, and build mutually beneficial business models to ensure partnership’s sustainability for a long run
  • Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with internal and external rules, and the relevant stakeholders and governing bodies’ regulations are met
  • Evaluate team performance and render productivity enhancement feedback. 

Job Requirements

  • University Degree, Bachelor of Economic, Business Administration or Commerce 
  • Minimum of 10 year’s progressive experience with a minimum of 5+ years in partnerships building or corporate sales 
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language
  • Sales background in FMCG, or relevant retail, commercial or investment banking
  • Previous experience in handling large accounts and selling at senior levels
  • Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contracts issues
  • Understanding of risk and pricing strategy
  • Fast decision-making through a combination of analysis, expertise, and market needs knowledge
