Job Description
- Create, implement and develop partnership sales strategy that ensures business growth in numbers of clients and loan portfolio volumes.
- Identify, select and develop new partnership agreements and proactively seek for new business opportunities to achieve business targets.
- Maintain existing account relationships with key partners, and build mutually beneficial business models to ensure partnership’s sustainability for a long run
- Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with internal and external rules, and the relevant stakeholders and governing bodies’ regulations are met
- Evaluate team performance and render productivity enhancement feedback.
Job Requirements
- University Degree, Bachelor of Economic, Business Administration or Commerce
- Minimum of 10 year’s progressive experience with a minimum of 5+ years in partnerships building or corporate sales
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language
- Sales background in FMCG, or relevant retail, commercial or investment banking
- Previous experience in handling large accounts and selling at senior levels
- Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contracts issues
- Understanding of risk and pricing strategy
- Fast decision-making through a combination of analysis, expertise, and market needs knowledge
