Job Description
- Provide an advisory service to all employees on company employment policies and procedures, to ensure that the company follows best practices and avoid infringing employment law.
- Assist in the development of personnel policies and procedures to ensure that the company follows best practice and avoids infringing employment law.
- Following up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate.
- Track and implement the government payments, by issuing the required PR documents, based on a received letter from the insurance office, and send them to the finance dep, to send the required payments.
- Maintain and update penalties tracking, and reply on the received complain from the manager with the appropriate penalty to be printed and signed by the employee and the direct manager and send it back to HR dep to ensure that the company avoid infringing employment law.
Job Requirements
- University Degree, Bachelor of human resource management, Business administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in personnel
- Experience with insurance and labor offices is a must
- Experience in handling payroll is preferable
- Good command in spoken & written English is required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
