Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Position Details: You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading our operational efforts across our diverse business segments. This role is pivotal in driving our company's strategic initiatives, expanding revenue streams, and enhancing operational performance. Job Description: As previously discussed, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution: • Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's vision. • Expanding revenue across wholesales in the Middle East, online retail in the GCC, and offline operations in Kuwait. 2. Operational Excellence: • Overseeing day-to-day operations for efficiency and effectiveness. • Enhancing processes and systems for better performance. 3. Market Expansion: • Identifying new market opportunities and leading digital marketing strategies for GCC online retail expansion. 4. Leadership and Team Development: • Providing leadership and direction to senior management. 5. Financial Oversight: • Collaborating with the CFO to meet financial objectives and manage operational costs. 6. Stakeholder Engagement: • Fostering relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
