CPL have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations & Events Administrator for a semi-state organisation based in Co.Kildare. Role Responsibilities: · Assist the wider ownership team by managing event co-ordination and handling general administrative tasks. · Deliver precise information and professional support to existing and prospective owners promptly. · Manage and update the website with customer information. · Act as a responsive helpdesk for clients and efficiently manage and address queries. · Liaise with stakeholders and prioritise customer needs in all activities. · Perform any additional duties assigned by your line manager on an ad hoc bases. · Be available to work weekends at Trainer days and race days. The successful candidate: · A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role · Demonstrates excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail · High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Event planning and coordination experiencean advantage · Email, Marketing and CRM Experience would be desirable · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Exhibits a positive and pro-active “can-do” attitude · Interest and knowledge of the horse racing industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
