			'external_job_description' => '<p><p> We have an urgent opening for the position of <b> Mechanical Testing Department Head </b>in a reputed manufacturing&#160;Industry for their <b>Navi Mumbai&#160;</b> location. </p><p><u><b> Basic Job Description: </b></u></p><ul><li> He is the departmental head of the mechanical testing lab and is responsible for overall activities for the department. </li><li> Responsible for the operation of all technical work in their respective area of activity and organizing day-to-day work by allocating work to testing personnel. </li><li> Supervision of work carried out by personnel in the respective departments </li><li> Responsible for understanding customer requirements and design testing as per product specifications and standard test methods. </li><li> Manage the activities of the respective departments to see that all the samples are tested as soon as received in the lab. </li><li> Collection and follow-up of the pending list to ensure the samples are not kept pending for more than three days. </li><li> Interact with General Manager and Management for resources </li><li> To review the test methods, standards, and specifications for the correctness and update them periodically and organize the procurement of the same whichever is revised or revalidated. </li><li> To identify &amp; develop work procedures for all testing carried out at the laboratory </li><li> To assess periodically the requirement of manpower and other resources and report to the management of the lab need. </li><li> To identify the minimum qualification and experience required by personnel in all areas of work </li><li> To make a critical evaluation of technical work &amp; personnel and deploy them properly and supervise the work carried out </li><li> To identify training needs, organize training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training. </li><li> To check the raw data records on daily basis and approve the data transfer. </li><li> Organize the release of test reports after screening the test results and if necessary, calling for retesting. </li><li> To identify the need for service, repairs, replacement, and recalibration of equipment to maintain quality and inform Management to take adequate action. </li><li> Organize periodic maintenance and servicing of equipment. </li><li> To organize periodic calibration of various instruments. </li><li> To maintain proper housekeeping in the lab premises. </li><li> Organize the procurement of consumables for day-to-day work. </li><li> Organize retesting of samples where necessary. </li><li> Periodically informing the management with respect to the requirement of technical and other personnel for carrying out the activity in time. </li><li> Organize Third Party visits based on the sample availability after machining </li><li> Be watchful and identify any non-conforming testing and inform the Quality Manager after stopping the activity. </li></ul><ol><li><p><b> Education level and prior experience:&#160;</b> Diploma,&#160;Graduate or Post-Graduate in engineering (Mechanical&#160;engineering or BSc Physics, etc) with at least five years relevant lab experience&#160;in a similar testing laboratory.&#160;</p><p>&#160;</p><p><u><b> Specific Skills: </b></u></p><ul><li> Thorough knowledge of testing methods that are currently in use in the Lab. </li><li> Ability to the interpretation of data from the relevant tests. </li><li> Knowledge of standards associated with testing and common material specifications. </li><li> Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements </li></ul></li></ol><p><b><u>&#160;</u></b></p><p> standard test methods.,Testing,Mechanical testing,mechanical testing lab </p><p> Designation: Mechanical Testing Department Head - Navi Mumbai(Mahape)</p><p> Vacancies: 1</p><p> Experience: 5.0 Year(s) - 15.0 Year(s)</p>',

		'external_job_description' => '<p><p> We have an urgent opening for the position of <b> Mechanical Testing Department Head </b>in a reputed manufacturing&#160;Industry for their <b>Navi Mumbai&#160;</b> location. </p><p><u><b> Basic Job Description: </b></u></p><ul><li> He is the departmental head of the mechanical testing lab and is responsible for overall activities for the department. </li><li> Responsible for the operation of all technical work in their respective area of activity and organizing day-to-day work by allocating work to testing personnel. </li><li> Supervision of work carried out by personnel in the respective departments </li><li> Responsible for understanding customer requirements and design testing as per product specifications and standard test methods. </li><li> Manage the activities of the respective departments to see that all the samples are tested as soon as received in the lab. </li><li> Collection and follow-up of the pending list to ensure the samples are not kept pending for more than three days. </li><li> Interact with General Manager and Management for resources </li><li> To review the test methods, standards, and specifications for the correctness and update them periodically and organize the procurement of the same whichever is revised or revalidated. </li><li> To identify &amp; develop work procedures for all testing carried out at the laboratory </li><li> To assess periodically the requirement of manpower and other resources and report to the management of the lab need. </li><li> To identify the minimum qualification and experience required by personnel in all areas of work </li><li> To make a critical evaluation of technical work &amp; personnel and deploy them properly and supervise the work carried out </li><li> To identify training needs, organize training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training. </li><li> To check the raw data records on daily basis and approve the data transfer. </li><li> Organize the release of test reports after screening the test results and if necessary, calling for retesting. </li><li> To identify the need for service, repairs, replacement, and recalibration of equipment to maintain quality and inform Management to take adequate action. </li><li> Organize periodic maintenance and servicing of equipment. </li><li> To organize periodic calibration of various instruments. </li><li> To maintain proper housekeeping in the lab premises. </li><li> Organize the procurement of consumables for day-to-day work. </li><li> Organize retesting of samples where necessary. </li><li> Periodically informing the management with respect to the requirement of technical and other personnel for carrying out the activity in time. </li><li> Organize Third Party visits based on the sample availability after machining </li><li> Be watchful and identify any non-conforming testing and inform the Quality Manager after stopping the activity. </li></ul><ol><li><p><b> Education level and prior experience:&#160;</b> Diploma,&#160;Graduate or Post-Graduate in engineering (Mechanical&#160;engineering or BSc Physics, etc) with at least five years relevant lab experience&#160;in a similar testing laboratory.&#160;</p><p>&#160;</p><p><u><b> Specific Skills: </b></u></p><ul><li> Thorough knowledge of testing methods that are currently in use in the Lab. </li><li> Ability to the interpretation of data from the relevant tests. </li><li> Knowledge of standards associated with testing and common material specifications. </li><li> Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements </li></ul></li></ol><p><b><u>&#160;</u></b></p><p> standard test methods.,Testing,Mechanical testing,mechanical testing lab </p><p> Designation: Mechanical Testing Department Head - Navi Mumbai(Mahape)</p><p> Vacancies: 1</p><p> Experience: 5.0 Year(s) - 15.0 Year(s)</p>',
