About the job
- Act as the point of contact for clients and manage social and paid digital media requirements for clients – planning & execution
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Liason with the creative & community team to execute creative content for client social media accounts across platforms
- Set social media strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Suggest, design and implement digital first campaigns to increase customer ROI
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Report on web performance metrics
- Analyze digital campaigns success
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a UAE-based agency as a Social Media/ Digital Marketing executive is mandatory
- Proven work experience in paid digital & social media – Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google, Snapchat, Tiktok
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience with client front end servicing and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
