Service Delivery VP (Software Development, Digitalization, IT Ops)

• Oversee the Technology Business Unit's success, managing operations, policies, finances, and strategic vision.
• Collaborates on business strategy, guides group development, manages stakeholders, aligns technology, builds partnerships, optimizes finances, develops processes, team/s mentors, and fosters innovation for overall business excellence.

• Graduate of BS Comp. Sci., IT or other related course and preferably, experienced in Vice President/VP Role.
• At least 10+ yrs. Work Experience of IT Industry, and People Management / Leading Teams.
• Minimum of 5+ yrs. Work Experience in: Initiatives (Ideation to Execution) and 5+ yrs. as well in Software Development.
• Minimum 8+ years managing and delivering big custom complex development projects, contracts, strategy, finances, deliverables, relationships, and vendors.
• Strong Expertise and Experiences in: IT Systems Implementation and being both IT Operations and IT Service Delivery Head.

• Up to PHP 400K
• Hybrid (Taguig, 1x/month as needed reporting onsite and the rest is WFH). SHIFTING.
