Etisalat Global Services is hiring English speakers to work as Customer Service Representatives (Etisalat UAE Project) Job description: Communicating with customers via selected channels. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Job Requirements
1)University Graduates of any major 2)Fluent in English 3)Males are preferred, with a maximum age of 34 Job benefits: 1)Net Salary 9000EGP/Month +15% increase in cost of living allowance after 3 months of hiring 2)Social and Medical insurance 3)Free VPN line Working conditions: 1)8 working hours + 1-hour break 2)5 working days,2 days off (Rotational)3)Maximum shift for the ladies ends at 9 PM, 24/7 rotational for males Location: Maadi (Transportation not provided)Apply safely
