Position Description: We are seeking a Strategy Specialist to join the Strategy, BD & Market Impact Division of the LTC Business & Project Development Department for the leading National Oil and Gas Company in Saudi Arabia The Strategy, BD & Market Impact Division is responsible for four main areas: Strategy & Business Development, Market Intelligence, Economical & Financial analysis, and general program support. The Strategy Specialist primary role is to review the strategy and critically comment on the strategic implications of the external business environment on the strategy & business results. Collect and analyze the shareholder expectations, macro-economic and market trends, market research data for Downstream petrochemicals and actual business performance. Scan the competitive landscape to find opportunities of expansion and business development. The candidate will also coordinate the development of new strategy, provide analytical support and facilitate strategic decision-making. Duties & Responsibilities: You will be required to perform the following:

  • Act as a “Strategy Advisor” for the Liquid to Chemical program and related issues and provides relevant strategic and process-related insight to the LTC Business & Project Development Department
  • Provides commercial and technical expertise in executing the downstream strategy, including appraisal of strategic options, identification of strategic tradeoffs and implementation plans.
  • Take a leading role in the development and update of the LTC’ s Strategy in coordination with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the various business and support lines
  • Generate and propose to management strategic options backed up with the appropriate analysis
  • Originate, organize and implement management agreed studies and investigations into planning and program implementation studies
  • Provide expert support to the concerned division for success of the projects
  • Mentor, train, and develop young professionals.

Alternatively, employees may obtain housing in the local communities outside of the Company communities, for which we provide a rental assistance allowance. • Free medical care: We provide medical care via our Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare subsidiary medical network or contracted hospitals and clinics. Favorable group rates keep the premium low. • Short-term Disability: In the event you are unable to work due to illness or injury, short-term disability income benefits are provided.
