This luxury retail company are seeking a Sales Executive to join their renowned family-run business. As a key ambassador for their esteemed business, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the highest quality products and services to their clientele. Your responsibilities will include promoting and selling exclusive offerings, serving as a knowledgeable liaison between brands and customers, and delivering unparalleled customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell luxury products and services, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our exclusive offerings.
- Act as a liaison between prestigious brands and valued customers, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Support the team, replenishing stock, hosting customers, and cashing up.
- Keeping up to date on product and competitor knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued, understood, and catered to in a personalized manner.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the luxury market, demonstrating a keen understanding of the industry and its demands.
- A polished and professional presentation, friendly outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with customers.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
