On behalf of our client, who is a foodstuff company, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist or Assistant Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies, promoting our brand, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and profitability.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote our food products, including new launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competition, and use insights to tailor marketing efforts.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to engage and expand our customer base.
  • Generate creative and engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and visuals, to drive audience engagement.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensure cost-effective strategies, and deliver measurable results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
  • Safeguard and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to promote our products.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide analytical insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new markets or customer segments, both locally and internationally.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate marketing teams and coordinate their efforts effectively.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving marketing objectives.
