As a Product Manager (Vice President), Secure Platform in Consumer and Community Bankingyou will lead efforts to establish our target state, omni-channel authentication platform. You will be responsible for establishing a book of work, based on product priorities, for your platform technology partners. Your goal will be to ensure the team automates recurring work, which will allow the team to expand our support of customer facing area products. In this role of Product Management you will work alongside other Product and Project Managerswhile being supported by our Tech/Design/Architecture/Data team members and partners. Job Responsibilities:
- Partners with Area Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap
- Defines and presents strategy for features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product group as a team member
- Acts as voice of the customer and drive product vision
- Manages existing product features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap
- Works with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap
- Acts as subject matter expert with respect to Customer Identity and Access Management processes and supporting applications/capabilities
- Supports feature teams with MVP, testing, user experience testing, product backlog refinement, research and other duties as assigned
- Supports Product Owners and Area Product Owners with developing business cases and/or measuring/improving operational results
- Identifies and partners with business stakeholders to implement changes in operational policies, process flows, procedures, and specialist tools and customer messages
- 5+ years of Product delivery experience in Digital
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Agile/Scrum certifications a plus
- Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.)
- Ability to manage backlog and dependency tasks with Authentication Product APG’s and external Products
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
