Apply remote type Hybrid locations Mapletree Business City, Singapore, Singapore time type Full time posted on Posted Today job requisition id R86026 Position Summary To formulate and work cross-functionally on regional customer retention programs to engage with Samsung’s existing consumer base. This role will include retention program design & commercial planning in collaboration with regional customer service and D2C eStore teams. Role and Responsibilities
  • Ideate and execute retention programs based on customer service data analysis and product sales strategy across product portfolios in Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania region
  • Design retention sales mechanics to accommodate different customer requirements and different product upgrades
  • Demonstrate knowledge on retention sales framework to guide customer service division and all 8 subsidiaries in how to position offers, communicate with customers, run marketing and monitor and manage retention sales
  • Lead regular collaboration meetings with customer service and D2C eStore to provide in-depth plan for monthly or quarterly offers
  • Develop annual and quarterly retention sales strategy for the region to define key initiatives and improvement ideas for retention sales
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce / customer retention within the consumer space.
  • Expertise in both strategy & plan development, as well as execution of key initiatives & programs to drive online business growth
  • High energy and comfort level towards working in a fast-paced and matrix organization environment
  • Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with subsidiaries and ability to drive consensus, execution across teams, multi-function organization and different level of hierarchy
  • Good project management skills, to be able to effectively work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure sales target is being met.
  • Strong analytical skills, to be able to acquire and analyze data to draw actionable insights and apply towards sales achievement
  • Experience in customer retention program management or sales in both offline and online in consumer space is strongly preferred with some knowledge or experience in marketing & Hybris will be an added advantage.
