- Facilitates process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements and automation capabilities
- Assesses the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective
- Translate business objectives and requirements into functional and system specifications
- Review information to ensure that the output of processes in achieving the desired results
- Records process information with the use of visual diagrams to represent business process models in a bid to simplify business processes
- Helps design, document and maintain system processes
- Coordinate with the implementation team to develop and refine execution
- Work with the end users to help them understand the changes
- Provides detailed reports indicating system necessities and computer functions
