  • Directs activities and implements a strategy focused on generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue.
  • Implements strategies to integrate and align functions across the organization, including marketing, sales, product development, customer success, and others to achieve revenue targets and growing demand for the company’s products and services.
  • Establishes analytics and methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions.
  • Identifies operational deficiencies, and develops effective and data-driven pricing strategies.
  • Conducts research to identify internal and external opportunities to expand and optimize revenue-producing activities.
  • Establishes targets, policies, and internal processes to achieve efficiencies in revenue generation and capture.
  • Provides instructions, training, and presentations related to revenue guidance to all relevant divisions and conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
  • Participates in forecasting, budgeting, and the development of the annual marketing plan.
  • Negotiates contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Develops relationships with key customers and partners to drive growth.
  • Design and develop training curricula and plans to address the learning and development needs of the sales force and aimed at enhancing and maintaining sales force capabilities; with an emphasis on product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Provides leadership and direction to sales division heads.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads initiatives to implement change.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends and developments and adjusts strategies as necessary.
  • Talent assessment of the candidates and the employees to ensure effective and efficient work performance and compatibility with the company culture.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, with a focus on revenue growth
  • Preferably with a Master’s degree in Business Administration
  • Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies
  • Significant experience managing profit and loss
  • Extensive experience in revenue management in a B2B setting
  • Strong analytical skills and experience making decisions based on data
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Highly developed financial acumen to ensure delivery of promised financial benefits
  • Resilient, tenacious, and outcome-focused
  • National/Global experience in dealing with Business to Business Sales
  • A strong preference for sales management rather than involvement in distribution channels.
