Hiring for Production Manager 02 Education: DME / BE Mechanical   Experience:  Min 8 Years in Experience in casting manufacturing processes, viz Sand Casting, Gravity Die casting,  Investment casting etc Salary budget: up to 8.00 LPA KEY STRENGTH AREAS: Knowledge different casting manufacturing processes, viz Sand Casting, Gravity Die casting,  Investment casting etc.  Manpower handling skill.  Undergone training of lean six sigma (Yellow) and Seven QC tools. PROFESSIONAL STRENGTHS Extensive knowledge of Centrifugal die casting with copper base alloys, Aluminum gravity die casting production, die maintenance, centrifugal casting die & machine design, investment casting production, he at treatment, melting, new product development, planning, quality control, hydraulic system, basic knowledge of costing, value chain mapping, SAP & MOST. NDT level-II certified Possess excellent decision -making and time management skills.  Ability to solve complex problems by using scientific rules and methods.  Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.  Maintaining T.S. documents.  Working on Kaizen. Knowledge of APQP and PPAP. Job Profile: Looking after casting production, heat treatment, production planning, inventory management & manpower management. Organize the work cells to achieve maximum output, improve efficiency. Impart on the job training to newly joined team members. Responsible for Production activities along with materials, maintenance, and product quality. To determine causes on non-conformity noticed and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence in consultation cross-functional team. Identify and implement kan-ban, poka-yoke mechanisms for error proofing. Achievements Successfully reduced casting rejection of 5% by process improvement and on the job training to the hands-on job. Increased productivity by self-involvement and motivating the workforce Working on development projects. Handling all production related documents.
